Slow Flow to Rest - In-person

Gentle yoga + Restorative yoga + Yoga Nidra

Service Description

This practice invites us to slow down, move with mindful awareness, and embrace rest. A quiet, yet potent practice, that is open to all who de-stress and replenish. We'll start with some centering breathing exercises, then transition into yoga postures and movement. This is followed by a restorative yoga practice - a passive, meditative form of yoga that allows one to focus on breath while releasing tension in the body. The class ends with a mini Yoga Nidra practice. Leave feeling rested and nourished.  Pregnant, and post natal mums are welcome to join in too. Bring a towel please to cover the bolsters. Also feel free to bring extra cushions and blankets to class to get you comfy.

Cancellation If you need to cancel, please give us at least one-week prior notice. We will gladly give you credit for the class. We know that 'life happens', so please let us know as soon as possible by canceling your class ONLINE.
