Welcome to Breathing Space, a centre for yoga, mindfulness, and wellbeing in Pymble, Sydney. We welcome EVERYBODY and offer yoga that is accessible and trauma aware. We offer a variety of yoga and movement practices both IN-PERSON and LIVESTREAM/ONLINE and courses to help you reconnect with yourself, feel nurtured, calm, stronger from inside out.

Feel nourished by attending our well-crafted yoga and meditation classes, mindfulness and self-compassion courses, Teens Yoga courses, and other specialised offerings such as Mindfulness for Pregnancy and Post-natal life, Yoga for Stress-relief, & Yoga Therapy.

You will be supported by compassionate, experienced and certified yoga teachers, mindfulness and birth educators, yoga therapists. Our teachers are constantly expanding their knowledge around wellbeing - nutrition, psychology, women's health and many more.

Whether you want to move and connect with your body, de-stress, be more present and compassionate, be part of a kind-hearted community or unearth your hearts dreams, we will be here to provide a non-judgemental space for you to explore, simply be, and connect to joy.
