Open to beginners, and experienced yogis

A well balanced class which touches on the various aspects of yoga practice - breath, mindful movement, pelvic floor exercises, meditation and relaxation - to help release tension, and experience renewed internal and external strength and softness. Leave class feeling relaxed and at ease.
A quiet practice that targets the the deep connective tissues of the body – the ligaments, joints, bones, and deep fascia networks. A Yin class usually consists of a series of passive floor poses held for a few minutes or more. The practice invites us to slow down, to relax into the postures, and to simply breath. A quiet, yet potent practice, that is open to all who wish to give back to themselves. If you sit for long hours, run, cycle, do vigorous exercise or simply overtired, a Yin class could just be what you need to release and let go.
Post Natal Yoga

Practice will also touch on special aspects of post partum recovery such as pelvic floor exercises, diastasis recti and many more.
Be part of a community of like minded mothers.
Movement & Flow
An fun movement exploration class. One that can help you build internal and external strength and openness. We're combining mobility exercises, and other forms of movement practices together with yoga postures to cultivate strength, balance and stability.
“Vinyasa” is derived from the Sanskrit term nyasa, which means “to place,” and the prefix vi, “in a special way”. The most common understanding of vinyasa is as a flowing sequence of specific asanas coordinated with the movements of the breath. This mindful class will consist of a harmonious rhythmic sequence of traditional hatha yoga postures.
All movements are synchronised with the breath allowing a steady rhythmic meditative pace that focus the mind. From here we will move to the floor where a combination of seated asana (postures) will be introduced. We will end with a soothing relaxation to nurture a sense of balance and harmony in body and mind.
This class will cater to those who already have some yoga experience.
Flow & Yin
Feel alive and nurtured. Our yin + yang practice combines active yang side of yoga practice where you'll feel energised, working on the muscles, blood flow, slowly building strength. We will begin by moving the body with the breath, cultivating a sense of uplift and then we'll slowly ease into the quiet practice of Yin yoga. Yin yoga is a special practice where postures (asanas) are held passively, targeting the connective tissues of the body, increasing circulation in the joints, releasing tension, and improving flexibility overtime. A meditative class that invites you to connect to a sense of balance, giving you space to cultivate internal awareness by tuning into body, mind and breath.
Post natal mums are welcome to attend this soothing class.
