Embracing mindful movement and calmness during this time can be nurturing for both mother and baby. Our pregnancy yoga classes are tailored specifically to expectant mothers from 12 weeks onward. Variations in movement and postures will be offered to support women as they navigate the changes that emerge during pregnancy. You will also practice soothing breathing techniques which can be applied in birthing and beyond, meditate to help re-centre and embrace relaxation techniques to help connect to a state of inner calmness.
Cancellation If you need to cancel, please give us at least 24 hours notice. We will gladly give you credit towards the class. We know that 'life happens', so please let us know as soon as possible by cancelling your class ONLINE.
