Service Description
An uplifting vinyasa yoga class where you are invited to move with your breath creating a steady internal rhythm for your practice. This class will help you develop balance, strength and flexibility. It will challenge and nurture both body and mind. The Flow: What to expect? The class starts with a seated breathing practice that allows you to re-centre in preparation for mindful movement with breath. This is followed by gentle asanas (postures) where you can subtly allow the body to open. You’ll be guided through a few rounds of Sun Salutations (Surya Namaskar) or variations of our Sun Salutation, which helps create internal heat within the body. We then ease into a standing sequence where postures are held for a couple of breaths precedes a rhythmic flow. A grounding finishing sequence, and meditation prepares you for a soothing and quiet relaxation practice. We invite you bring a sense of curiosity and explore the interplay between effort and ease as you awaken your senses to the fullness of each moment. Variations are offered in this class.
