Service Description
This is part of a 4 part series on hip health. We are opening this session to anyone interested to learn about the pelvis and how pilates can help. Enjoy a pilates practice aimed at cultivating open and stable hips. The pelvic stability is a component of our “power house” in pilates, and mat pilates is a great way to strength this area. We will also be using some props, small balls and rollers which can be great props to have at home for private practice. This session will be taught by the lovely Natasha.
