Service Description

We know how important connection with self and others is after women give birth. Our 8 week mums and bubs nourish circle combines post natal centred yoga and movement practices to help our mother's reconnect, strengthen and embrace rest. There will also be some time to connect with other mums as we know time to chat and share is essential as motherhood can be joyful, and at times lonely as well. Every week will be different, however we'll be covering the following in class: - Movement to release tension from head to toe - Movement to help connect and re-engage our pelvic floor and abdominal muscles - Breathwork to sooth our nervous system - Yoga nidra for deep rest - A time to connect with your baby and other mothers and many more... Breathing Space is a non-judgemental space. Come as you are. Important notes: If you miss your class in-person, you can join online. You'll receive your weekly zoom once you have booked. We understand how hectic life can be. Parking - check our parking details on website. Free under cover parking at Bayer or down the ramp of Pacific motors (do not park at the top of Pacific Motors) You can bring anything that will keep you and your baby comfortable (baby blanket where you can put the down, toys, your yoga mat, water bottle for you).

Cancellation If you need to cancel, please give us at least 24 hours notice. We will gladly give you credit towards the class. We know that 'life happens', so please let us know as soon as possible by cancelling your class ONLINE.
