A class suitable for a complete beginner or someone wishing to re-start their yoga practice This class is designed as an introduction to the practice of yoga. In every class you attend you'll explore various yoga postures from standing, to sitting, breath work and meditation . You'll learn the fundamental principles of alignment while exploring variations to different postures so you can make practice work for you on that day. You will be taken through a sequence of yoga postures that follows the rhythm of your own breath where transitions between poses are slower.
Cancellation If you need to cancel, please give us at least 24 hours notice. We will gladly give you credit towards the class. We know that 'life happens', so please let us know as soon as possible by cancelling your class ONLINE.
