Covid Safety Plan

Hello! We hope you're well.

We value compassion, trust and openness. Our commitment is to uphold those values whilst keeping our community's wellbeing a priority and at the same time being open and respectful to everyone's choices. We recognise that navigating Covid-19 moving forward will not be as easy as we all hope for it to be. Our hope, is that we can serve anyone wishing to practice and learn, the best possible way we can.

NSW Health Services has outlined the guidelines for businesses like ours and we are currently adhering to their guidelines.

If you can't make it in person,  you can join in Livestream via Zoom. We have class passes that are specific to Livestream classes.

If you have any questions please do not hesitate to reach out to us via hello@breathingspacewellbeing.com.au.  We are here for you, open and receptive to meaningful and respectful discussions.

We are looking forward to holding space for you. Thank you!

Much love,

Michelle & your Breathing Space team

A few housekeeping guidelines as we ease into in person practice at the space
  • The space will be limited to 1 person per 4 square meter. We are keeping the class numbers small.

  • Use QR Code before entering the space. Hand sanitiser is available upon entry.

  • BYO props. Bring your own mat, water bottle, block, strap, cushions, bolsters or any props that you think you might need to help support you in practice. If you would like to use our bolsters, please bring a towel which you can use as cover.

  • When you're practicing masks aren't mandatory but we are more than happy for you keep your mask on while you move.

  • If you're feeling unwell, let us know and we will cancel the class for you. We will not deduct this from your pass. You can come and attend when you're feeling much better.

  • The space and props will be thoroughly cleaned after every class. Windows are open post class.

Feel free to reach out to us for any questions. We'll keep you posted for any other developments.
