School Holiday: "Shine Bright" Inspired Girls Leadership - Teens (12 - 17 yrs)
Young girls are experiencing stresses coming from various facets in their lives. With so many distractions, and pressures surrounding them, this mini retreat will allow to them to connect with themselves and others, get creative, unearth their values and goals, learn tools to live well.

About the Event
Our Shine Bright day course is all about self-discovery where the girls will explore their innate leadership qualities and insight into various tools that can help them navigate their thoughts and emtions, friendships and explore their values.
- Body, Mind, Heart: mindful movement through yoga pracitce, relaxation techniques , gratitude practice
- Connection & Friendships: enhancing communication skills (finding your voice, making friends, reframing thoughts, and conflict resolution)
- What do I value most: creative way to explore your values and vision
- Celebrating uniqueness and strengths through art
Through this session our hope is that the girls can:
- cultivate mindful awareness and overall wellbeing
- learn ways to manage stress and overwhelm
- learn tools to navigate difficult conversations and thoughts
- gain confidence, find their voice
- connect to their values and creative spirit
- cultivate friendships, a sense of belonging
It will be a fun day of exploration as we'll have heaps of activities, and ample time for the girls to connect with others as well.
