Space Update & New Location

Welcome to Breathing Space, a centre for yoga, mindfulness, and wellbeing in Pymble, Sydney. We welcome EVERYBODY and offer yoga that is accessible and trauma aware. 

​

We’re taking a brief pause and closing our Pymble studio as we shift focus in a new direction. I am currently dedicating my time to studying psychology, while balancing work and family commitments. â€‹
